    Staff was friendly but the facilities were minimum no frills Had to use stairs no elevator and my room was on 3rd floor. I told the staff I had a bad knee but they had nothing on ground floor. It’s set up like a low grade efficiency A bed, tv, kitchen no dishes no pans no silverware, Didn’t smell clean Windows very dirty No extras for bath; sample shampoo packs, old thin wire out towels etc. I checked out 4 days early with knowone in office at 6:00 am Had to use a so called pay phone by door to call and left my keys inside the phone case. I hope I get reimbursed for the days I didn’t stay

    Really enjoyed my short stay here. The staff was very helpful, my room was clean and big and it was a lot good places to eat and go around the facility.

    The place deserves nothing close to the 8/10 rating. The first pic on agoda website shows a coffee room. Nothing like that exists at the place. When asked about it, the front desk said, “that might happen in future.” So where is the pic coming from? The facilities show that they have a kitchen. Yes they do have a kitchen. But no plates, silverware, no cups or glasses. Leave alone coooking pots and pans. There are far better studios in the neighborhood where I have stayed. I picked this because agora’s show this has better ratings. The signs sha no smoking within 100ft but the whole corridor smells of weed. I think agoda is being paid to boost some hotel’s ratings.
