The Hotel was amazing! Perfect location to everything. We walked everywhere. Beach was right across the street. Staff was very friendly.

Everything was absolutely perfect, this hotel was a great surprise, plus the staff was so kind and incredibly thoughtful!

I really nice little boutique hotel right on Miami Beach across the street from the water. The breakfast is really nice and then not very expensive. Reef State here at number of times and would go back again.
