Great for self catering, camping style break without the hassle of dealing with bad weather or a tent.

Doors required a little maintenance to reduce noise on closing and opening . Didn’t realise it was self check in- possibly could have been made clearer on booking-but once we called the contact, he was very helpful in taking us through the process.

Proximity to Burrendale Hotel. Private parking. Value for money

Bed not very comfortable. Noise from kitchen adjacent to room 1 caused mainly by chairs scraping on tiles. Bathroom layout confusing. The ensuite for room 1 has a door through to 2. Although it was securely locked, we were disturbed by occupants in 2 trying to unlock it. Shared kitchen not ideal. Online it seemed to suggest that there was a fridge in the room and there wasn't. One chair for 2 occupants.

At first I got that room that stinks of old smoke. I'm not sensitive by any means but yeah, no, I couldn't sleep there. I asked if I could change, and they let me have another room, which was very nice.

I got what I paid for. :) Old accommodations, feels like something from the 80's. But it was clean and good enough.
