何しろ大変清潔、おしゃれで、非常に素敵な施設でした。共用部にあるコーヒーも美味しく、おふろも清潔で湯加減も最高でした。朝などにオーナーの方とお話することがありましたが、大変上品・丁寧な、非常に素敵な方でした。

It was really homey and also the cold plunge and sauna was amazing.

The foreigner staff are very annoying always talking loudly on the phone complaining in English if they are so ungrateful to work there then maybe they should find a different job

If you are planing your stay just in Naeba , then it s a pretty convenience location

1. There is no kitchen utilities, thus you can really cook in the apartment unless you buy it yourself 2. Nothing much (neither restaurant nor supermarket ) around the accommodation, the closest supermarket is roughly 20-30 mins drive. It is actually far from everything. 3. The car parking lot provided is not the one from the apartment , you have to walk 3-5 mins uphill to get to the apartment, thus there is an issue during winter. 4. Free breakfast provided , but you have to pick it up at the Prince hotel.
