About this apartment rental
Spacious, quiet and cool three-room apartment with veranda and small garden overlooking the communal garden with sea view. It is located in a well-kept condominium with large lawns and on the sea. The apartment has a living room with kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms and is also equipped with an air conditioning / heating system despite the fact that the environment is, however, cool. It is fully furnished and equipped because it is often used also by the owners. The Salina Bamba beach, visible from the living room and in some photos, is 200 meters away while the most famous Cala Brandinchi is 10-15 minutes away on foot and is visible in the remaining photos. The proximity to services and beaches also allows you to avoid the use of the car. It also has a private parking space with a roof.

This was our second vacation at Danielas and Lucas place. We loved it again. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxed vacation. The location is very convenient. There is a supermarkt close by and you can walk to three different beaches. We can definitely recommend it.

The location of the apartment is perfect, in walking distance from 5 or so beaches. The very beautiful (but in the beginning of September still very busy) beach Cala brandinchi was our favourite. The apartment is very nice, well equipped, clean, cosy, we liked the outdoor shower very much. Linen and towels are not provided, they can be rented on site, we paid 100 euros for 10 days and 5x linen + tons of towels. There is a private parking, where we had a spot in the shade. There is a little supermarket with basically everything you need on-site, also a Cafe, where you can get fresh croissants in the mornings, even a pharmacy. The most apartments around us were vacant in beginning of September, in the ones with tenants were mainly people older than us, so we were a bit unsure, if our children were too loud, but no one complained. All in all we enjoyed our stay there very much and can highly recommend the place.

We spend close to three weeks there and it almost felt like a home away from home. Everything what you need was there. They even organized a baby bed for our little one.
There are three amazing beaches in walking distance, supermarket and a cafe.
The view from the terrace is awesome and the garden is beautifully done.
We would definitely come back!

The apartment is very nice with a small garden with beautiful flowers and with sea view. There are several nice beaches in walking distance, including the fantastic brandinchi beach, lu impostu, capo cavallo etc. . Luca and Daniele are very helpfully and nice and answered suddenly our questions. Thank you for the great time we had there.
