GREAT PLACE NEXT TO A BEAUTIFUL PARK

We almost always stay here when we are in Belfort. The aparment is clean and nice and comfortable. It is well-equipped. The hostess is extremely friendly and helpful. She always offers welcome drinks and snacks. There is a street parking, but it is free and safe as there are cameras around the building. There is a nice park behind the building where you can walk or just relax. Great place to stay.

There is no AC, and it can get really hot in summer. Though there is a fan, but sometimes it is not enough. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Exceptional

Everything was just perfect! Madame Dominique is the best host we have ever met, so kind and polite! She took us with her car to the grocery store when we came tired of the trip and drove us back to the station on our way back. The appartment is more than comfortable and exceptionaly clean! Inside you have all you need for even a long stay. The terrace is also great! Somebody could argue that it's not in the center but we found it as an advantage because it was so quiet and next to huge and so beautiful park. We felt safe and wellcomed! We will recomend it to everybody! Once again, thank you Madame Dominique for everything and we wish all the best! Ognjen

ABSOLUTELY MARVELLOUS

This is a wonderful apartment with all comfort. There is a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen. The living room part has all the comfort you need as well. The host welcomed us with cold drinks and snacks. The bedroom is also of fair size with a comfortable bed. The bathroom has all one needs and is very clean as is everything in this apartment. It is a very clean apartment with attention to details and decoration. You will have everything you need, just like at home. WIFI was great as well. There is enough parking space and there is a surveillance camera around the building, so it is safe. The building might seem unusal at fist sight, as it is a highrise block, but it is clean and safe as well. There is a wonderful park that the apartment overlooks and it is worth taking a walk in the park, too. There are sport facilities all around. Two shops are nearby and a petrol station not far away. 20 min. from the city centre on foot. A few minutes by car and there are free Parking lots in the city just across from the new part of the city centre or in the street behind the market (so by car it is also very convenient). Simply great. And the host is absolutely kind and a really fine person.

GREAT APARTMENT NEXT TO A WONDERFUL PARK

The apartment is spacious. It is well equipped and beautifully furnished. There is a huge balcony to sit out (though not in winter time). The host is extremely friendly and helpful. I really liked communicating with her. There was welcome drink and a lot of little treats (cheese, olives, cookies, dried fruit, nuts....). There was a small Xmas tree and decoration in the apartment and in front of it. So attention paid to the guest. As for the location (I read a lot of negative comments), I would say it is just prejudice, because the staircase was clean and there was even a decorated Xmas tree at the entrance. I, as a female, went walking alone in the park just behind the building late afternoon, and I felt totally safe. I saw others walking alone, as well. True, the building is a highrise, but again I just met normal and nice people in the building and around. There is a huge free parking and always a place to find for your car. Wifi functioned perfectly. There is a wonderful park just behind the building with a lake and playground. The city centre is 2.5 km on foot, but if you go by car, you can park your car free not far from the Michlet bridge and walking across, there is the city centre.

Nothing to complain about. We would surely come back.

very nice view of the park, excellent kindness and efficiency of the owner, in the apartment it is immediately clear that the activity is done with passion. Beautiful sports center within walking distance through the park.
