La proximité avec la rivière et le centre-ville.
À titre personnel je trouve que la procédure d'arrivée est assez compliqué mais ça n'a pas gâché mon séjour

Prix très abordable.
Nombreux équipements.
Parking en bas de l'immeuble.
Pas très propre en général et surtout la vaisselle qui était très salle.
La 3 ème chambre est en fait un canapé (très inconfortable) lit dans le salon.

En visite à Belfort on a choisi cette opportunité. Endroit très calme avec un place de parc pour la voiture très pratique. Appartement avec un grande cuisine.et de belles chambres.
La salle de bains est sans fenêtre et malgré une belle lave vaisselle il n'y avait aucune pastille pour laver.
