Perfect location for a stay in Montbeliard

This is a beautiful, fully renovated apartment in the city center of Montbeliard. It is very spacious and can accommodate a family easily. It is equipped with all the necessary appliances. The hosts were very responsive to all our requests.

Overall we had a very nice stay in a comfortable place at a very central location.

The collection of the key was very well described. We felt very safe. The location was quiet, clean and well maintained. The apartment has good atmosphere. Good jet in the shower and plenty of hot water. The furniture for sitting and the bed were very comfortable.

We had problems connecting to the WiFi and the soundbox (at least I think it was a soundbox). Also, the operation of the heating was not intuitive. Thanks to the mild weather, this was a minor problem for us.

Location of apartment is perfect, city center is few steps away, with parking space just in front of apartment. Owner is always available when you need him, and ready to help in any time. 10/10 will go there again.

Séjour sympa et belle découverte de Montbéliard.

Endroit très bien placé au centre de Montbéliard. Appartement cosy et accueillant. Disponibilité de tous les commerces nécessaires à proximité. Parking disponible très près de l'appartement. Les lits étaient bons. L'espace est attractif et parfait pour plusieurs personnes.

Quelques petits points d'amélioration: - Le four devrait être nettoyé en profondeur car très sale - Il faut faire une maintenance de la canalisation de la douche car elle est très odorante. Dommage. - Il manque des ustensiles (ex: planche à couper, couteau à pain,...) si il est prévu de rester plusieurs jours. - 2 chauffages ne semblaient pas fonctionner (dans la chambre à côté du salon et celui de la cuisine) même en prenant en considération qu'ils s'éteignent automatiquement à 21°C.

une expérience confortable, je recommande vivement

Le plus que j'ai apprécié que durant notre réservation booking nous avons saisi une date d'arrivée plus tard que notre arrivé, et suite à notre appel à Greg, il nous a permit un check in anticipé de 4h. Je trouve que ce comportement et plus humain qu'une relation businessman et client.. Merci à vous.

le truc le plus gênant durant notre séjour, c'est que les animaux sont permis, du coup à chaque fois je loge chez Greg IMMO, je me trouve souvent dans une chambre plein de cheveux des chats et des chiens, on peut dire c'est le manque du grand ménage.

Schön eingerichtetes Appartement / Zentrale Lage

Heizung funktionierte nicht (in Schlafzimmern), was bei Wintertemperaturen sehr unangenehm war. Übler Geruch im Bad, Spuren der Vorgänger in Gefrierfach.
