Cozy, well-equipped for 1-night stay near hughway

Big, open space. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfy sifas

Beds sag, sofa-bed tips over. No window to look out of.

So close to the canal cycle path.

Easy access, great bike storage, and 120m from the canal cycle path. We stayed 2 nights it was so good. Very comfortable and was able to prepare meals. Bakery just a sort walk for supplies.

Superb

The accommodation is exactly as pictured, which can be a little unpleasant on arrival, but after climbing the two wooden stairs the apartment is very nice and clean. The nearby hot pizza machine came in handy (12,5 Euro). The only thing missing to perfection was a beer machine :-)

Some people may miss being able to lock the bathroom. Beware of overturning the sofa when sleeping.

After struggling with luggage on the stairs, the appartment did what it says comfortably.

Appartment was very well equipped, furnished and cleaned. Beds very comfortable. Owners obviously put a lot of thought into it.

Potential customers should be made aware that access is by two long flights of stairs (no lift) - BEFORE they book. This flat is not for the unfit or infirm! Damp smell in bathroom. (Shower splashes cupboard under sink?) Required lots of ventilation & heat to remove. Daylighting is entirely through Velux windows. Shame that no views.

Die Treppen zur Wohnung sind steil und eng und für weniger bewegliche Menschen / Menschen mit Behinderung nicht geeignet.

La disposition, la déco, le calme.

-L'inondation dans une chambre en arrivant (grosse pluie. Les réparations derrière le rideau que ce n'est sans doute pas la première fois), -La parois de la douche qui n'est pas jointive en bas (pare-douche de baignoire mis à plat, en fait), -Le lit métallique d'une chambre qui grince au moindre mouvement, et son matelas en forme de cuvette. Peut-être bien pour un, mais pas pour deux, -et la chaleur vraiment très inconfortable sous le toit (c'était un weekend très chaud).

Un appartement d'une belle surface

Le chauffage est sous dimensionné et à part dans la chambre où je me suis réfugiée les 2 soirs de mon séjour il faisait très froid 16° pas plus. Il était mentionné de pouvoir utiliser une cheminée décorative, elle n'est que décorative et ne produit aucun chauffage d'appoint. Le chauffage de la salle de bain est un petit chauffage soufflant qui ne fait que tempérer la pièce. L'appartement est situé au 2e étage, l'accès se fait par des escaliers très raides dont les marches sont étroites, pas simple à pratiquer avec les bagages

Beau logement

Logement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très lumineux et spacieux. Très calme . La propriétaire est très réactive et à l écoute .

Les extérieurs sont encore à aménager et l accès n’ est pas pratique pour des personnes à mobilité réduite ou avec poussette mais le logement est très agréable une fois arrivé.

Calme !

Nous avons apprécié le calme de cet appartement, et ses nombreux équipements (bcp de vaisselle). C'est propre et ça c'est important pour nous. Les propriétaires ont bien tenu compte de mes problèmes de santé et ça c'est top !

Un gros bémol pour le froid glacial dans l'appartement à notre arrivée. Malgré le chauffage, il y a énormément de froid qui remonte par le sol. On aime le confort et du coup on était déçus. Les chambres sont les seules pièces où on ressent bien la chaleur. Les escaliers d'accès à l'appartement sont dangereux, surtout en étant porteur de handicap, il serait bien de le mentionner dans le descriptif. Enfin les literies sont extrêmement molles...

Bon apartament però amb una escala perillosa.

Només vam passar una nit. L'apartament està força bé, és ampli, net i està ben equipat. No hi ha cap vista a l'exterior i la llum només entra per finestres velux. A l'estiu fa molta calor però hi ha un ventilador. Entrar a l'apartament va ser molt fàcil agafant les claus de la caixa de seguretat.

Atenció: les 2 escales d'accés a l'apartament són MOLT PERILLOSES. Ja havíem llegit comentaris que adverteixen de la dificultat d'aquestes escales. Però és pitjor: l'escala és molt estreta pels peus i la seva inclinació és gairebé de 70º. Això no és acceptable. Tingueu en compte abans de reservar aquí que no és només que les escales siguin incòmodes per pujar carregant amb l'equipatge, sinó que hi ha un risc real que alguna persona tingui un accident seriós.
