Easy check in, well equipped kitchen with laundry machine, good selection of teas and coffee, very comfortable bed in spacious bedroom with writing desk, cosy living area with Netflix on tap! Good sized dining table with 4 chairs.
Sofa-bed pull-out was a bit uncomfortable (we used the sofa back cushions to make it better for us.

clean everything is there : coffee maker , tv, ironer etc.. the host was available and very helpful
we can ear people walking down the stairs in the morning but it is ok because the area is quite maybe it is missing a small notice on how to use the heater

Die Lage im Norden der Stadt war O.K., das Viertel leider etwas "heruntergekommen", jedoch nicht problematisch! Toll, dass in der Nähe ausreichend Bäcker und Geschäfte zu finden sind.
Die Wohnung bedarf unbedingt der Renovierung: Schranktüren defekt, ebenso der Wasserhahn der Küchenspüle, sowie die Schlafcouch, die, nebenher, extrem unbequem war. Straße und Nachbarschaft sehr laut!
