[SORRENTO *****] Suite Imperiale Ingenito

Great location, excellent pool, good communication and a fair price. Good sized space and Aircon that really cooled the space.

The showers are poor and the smaller one especially both in water pressure and drainage and the bed in the bigger bedroom is really, really hard. Some parts could do with some TLC on fixtures and fittings.

a perfect apartment looking very good location near centre a

The apartment is in a good location. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The washing machine works well.

The apartment is difficult to find, with no clear address, either from the host or at the actual property. The host, Marco, was difficult to contact and not very helpful. For instance, when we woke up, on our first morning, there was no water, from any tap or the toilets. We tried to contact Marco, as a matter of urgency. His eventual response was that we must have done something to shut the water off. After knocking on a few neighbours doors, we found that there was no water, in the whole of Sorrento, for all of that day. There are two coffee machines at the property but neither work. The only way to make a hot drink was to boil a pot of water on the stove. The refrigerator door handle is broken making it very difficult to access. The freezer is iced shut and could not be used. The apartment needs to have some urgent maintenance.
