Anna our housekeeper provided a 1st class service, her breakfasts are delicious and every morning always something a little different. Anna’s housekeeping skills make the Villa a very special place to stay and she is such a lovely lady too. Anna keeps the villa immaculate and cannot do enough for her guests. The Villa is beautiful with fantastic panoramic views, set in its own grounds with everything one can need for a wonderful holiday. We all had such a fantastic time in this luxurious villa and wish we could have stayed longer.

The Villa was spacious and clean, centrally located with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples. Anna prepared breakfast for us every morning and was available to clean the rooms when we requested it. Providing concierge services, Adolfo was prompt in responding to our questions and very helpful in directing us where to park our car, get our Covid tests as well as providing recommendations for local attractions.
We loved everything and everything was perfect. We can't think of anything to fault during our stay there and we never had a worry during our stay there. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Loved the area, perfect walking distance from the main square of Sorrento.
Beautiful garden over looking the ocean and looking out onto Mt. Vesuvius
Ana who manages the breakfast and upkeep of the house was absolutely lovely. She made our stay very comfortable.
Adolfo who manages the concierge was extremely helpful and answered any of our questions. He was available anytime we needed.
There was building work on the hotel next door. They were working on the parting wall, joining onto our bedroom. This started early Monday-Saturday it was very loud and was unpleasant during the day.
We were out most of the day each day so we did not notice it as much. But we wanted to spend time at the villa but it was too noisy.
The evenings were fine as the work stopped.

Pros:
- Cleanliness.. new Villa with good facilities.
- Location was amazing - walkable to all major points of interest
- Daily cleaning and breakfast (Anna is the help that made our stay very, very good!)
- Outdoor area is amazing with the best view in Sorrento all to yourself!
- They made the Villa baby-friendly with a baby chair and gate for us.
Overall a very good stay, but:
- Bathroom layouts are a bit odd.
- One room is accessible only through another bedroom affecting the privacy of one bedroom
- One in our party was hurt by the sharp edges and wrong placement of a towel rack directly above the WC! But villa staff was gracious and helpful in assisting with the trip to the doctor and follow ups.
- The coordination among the staff could be better in putting across a unified message.
- The extra activities rates offered by Villa team were higher that what we managed locally in Sorrento.
