The welcome services with sake tasting and some other drinks and small snacks were nice.
The majority of the staff were very young, but they were quite warm and polite.
The room was spacious.
The dinner and breakfast were impressive! Everything was so tasty! The volume was also adequate for females.
I was very disappointed at the unnecessary rise and steps in the room. My mother whose right leg is disabled fell off from the small rise at night and also struggled every time going to the toilet.
Not happy to see the pink mold at the toilet sink, either.

ウエルカムドリンク（100ml缶）のジュースとビールの設置。地酒の試飲サービス。部屋のベッドと露天風呂。
古い建物をリニューアルされているがバリフリ非対応。部屋は快適だったが、スタッフのサービスが追いついてない印象。露天風呂の照明が切れているのを伝えたら、すぐにスタッフが来てくれたが、裸足で部屋に上がり込んできた。靴下くらいは履いたほうがいい。
