Friendly staff, driving you back and forth to ferry which was appreciated as the location was far from restaurants. Breakfast was decent but not filling. Onsen was good.
The hotel room had a really bad scent when I walked in. The staff provided me with air freshener which I used but the bad scent remained. The hotel is very outdated and for the price that I paid I expected a bit better.

The location was perfect. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to and from the pier. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were exceptionally good and friendly.
There was an issue with the air conditioning but it was negligible and quickly resolved.
