So well appointed with great decor and comfy furniture, Beds, Chairs. Full beach and fish friendly items to use. Parking was easy. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Heated pool was perfect and the beach was like a condo private area. raked beach almost everyday. Walking the neighborhood at Key Colony was such a pleasure. The atrium was landscaped nicely woth plants and palms and felt very tropical.
This is a well maintained older property and minor remodeling was going on in the neighbors condo but they were respectful.
