About this house rental
Lazy Tortuga is a ground level luxurious half duplex! This property features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen with an updated en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features two full beds. The guest bathroom has an updated shower. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and all stainless appliances. The living room has a gorgeous view of the canal. There is plenty of outdoor seating! There is a concrete picnic table with umbrella, as well as various Adirondack chairs placed around so that you can sit out and enjoy the scenery. Amenities: TVs in living room & both bedrooms, full sized washer & dryer, gas grill, internet, cable, fish cleaning station, dock ladder and outdoor shower. Boaters welcome! Fit up to a 30ft boat at the dock!
This property comes with access to the exclusive Cabana Club, a private pool & beach club within walking distance.
No rvs, campers or motorhomes. This property can hold up to 4 vehicles if no trailers, if bringing a trailer then 1 trailer and up to 3 vehicles will fit.There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. City of Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and vacate without a refund.
