地點位於市中心，近火車站，捷運站及公車站，交通非常方便。附近即有超市、餐廳、商店等，生活機能強，購物也非常方便。公寓為居家空間格局，進門玄關，客廳，廚房餐廳，衛浴，及房間皆為獨立空間，寬敞舒適，屋主精心設計裝飾與維護，居家及餐廚用具俱全，尤其浴室有大型浴缸，可體驗當地居家生活與品味。屋主服務親切，入住說明與指示清楚，與屋主互動及時順暢，非常滿意。非常感謝屋主提供如此美好的公寓與服務。
須走一層樓梯，但對我們不是問題。進門玄關照明也許可再明亮些。
