The stuff was very nice and very helpful we had a heating problem the first night and they offered us another room for that night the time the problem was solved. The room is clean and had everything you need. The location is very good everything is close.
The room is quite cold for winter season as the heating is very low and works between 6 pm and 11 pm. The bed was not comfortable.

Location was great. We were able to walk to any attraction we wanted to visit.
I was able to hear everything transpiring in the hallways and the ancient elevator. Nice property but we would return to the room strongly smelling like cleaning supplies.

Great location in a quieter area about a 10 minute walk from the hustle and bustle.
For the price and value for money I could not complain about anything.

Spacious place with nice and clean bathroom, very nice location.
I was quite disappointed to find that the mattress in my room was in poor condition, leading to significant back discomfort during my stay. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was not only noisy and inadequately clean, but its functionality was compromised. Its placement behind the curtains, coupled with a missing shutter, forced me to choose between privacy and comfort, which was far from ideal. Also the 100€ deposit to make sure that we were closing the doors of an outdated and risky elevator really dissapointed me.
