Près du métro, autobus direct pour le Vatican et Trantevere. Belle terrasse, belle vue. ascenseur pratique. Épicerie a 15 minutes a pied, bons restos partout autour. Hôte très gentille qui nous a fait visiter.

Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig. Man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick vom Balkon. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Ein wunderschöner Park befindet sich in der Nähe, sowie zwei Restaurants und eine Cocktailbar. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich.

Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine mit ein paar Kapseln. Leider konnte man uns nicht sagen, wo wir weitere Kapseln kaufen konnten, haben diese auch bei keinem Supermarkt finden können. Also gab es Instantkaffee. Die Minimarket in der Nähe sind wirklich "mini". Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist ca. 20 Min. Fußweg entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt mittig zwischen zwei Metrostationen. Dadurch war es auch nachts sehr laut. Von den Metrostationen hatte man dann aber eine gute Anbindung. Informationen über einen Lieferservice (gegen Gebühr) haben komplett gefehlt. Die Außenjalousie war defekt, bzw. ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Es fehlten uns grundlegende Informationen. Z.b. nächst größerer Supermarkt. Da kann auch Google Maps nicht immer weiter helfen.

The location is pretty good, it takes 13 minutes to get to the subway station, so you can get to downtown quickly. There is a good cafe nearby - Caffè Ferrá, where you can get good Italian breakfast - cappuccino and maritozzo - for a few euros in the good atmosphere surrounded by university students. There are other pastry too, including pizza. The appartment itself was clean, though everything in it was simple and cheap.

There was a strong chemical smell in the room, for which we found the explanation during our last night in the appartment: the sewer system got blocked for some reason (we didn't put anything that shouldn't go into the toilet bowl) and the sewage was running out from the toilet bowl and shower drain, and some stuff was even on the bathroom floor. Luckily it happened just before we were going to leave for an airport, but that morning we weren't able to use the bathroom, even to brush out teeth. I guess such problems persist and they use chemical to clean all the stuff and to hide the smell. Also, nevertheless the apartment is spacious (35 m2), there are no wardrobes or closets to store your belongings. There is a safe, but it is so tiny, that you can put just few cellphones or passports, but no tablets or laptops. Another problem we got during our stay was that for 5 days out of 7 the elevator hadn't been working and we had to get to the sixth floor by stairs.
