A lovely annexe. Kitchenette with breakfast supplies. Lounge. Very spacious. Very clean. Plenty of room. Well presented interior.
Just need to be aware that it is a bit out from the centre of Oxford.

Perfect little flat with everything you need for a weekender. Clean, stylish, spacious. Great shower room.

Very comfortable beds and lovely bathroom with good shower. Great location to visit Oxford city center by bus which is just around the corner.
Would have preferred a sink in the kitchen but it didn't spoil our stay and would not moan about that.
