Casa Panama

The location was good, close to the village. Very nice view from the terrace. The house had all essentials and the owner Stefan responded when contacted.

The parking that was indicated for use was in a very unsafe place on a bend in the road. The one time that we did park there, we had a visit from a very unhappy neighbour who had called the police to have our car removed. In fact whilst we were there a yellow line was put there to show no parking. The next nearest area that was indicated was for just four vehicles and always full so it meant parking a distance from the house that we were never sure leaving it there was safe due to possibility of fallen rocks. Finding the house was not the easiest and the steps down to the entrance gate are unsafe, needs repair and a safety rail of some sort. I don't mind cats visiting but there were five of them constantly looking for food, not great to have when your on holiday. The bathroom really needs to be closed off from the kitchen area and the whole house would benefit from a deep clean.

Second time staying here, great location, peaceful, private, with awesome views of the Hermigua valley and the ocean in the distance.

Parking can be tight. Nearby roosters crowing late night and early morning.

We loved the house- we felt at home , the terrace had stunning views, the house had everything we needed and the location is great (hermigua is beautiful and we could’ve stayed so much longer, near to lots of hikes & there are good places to eat - el faro was our fave)

Bring ear plugs because the cockerels go all night. It can get a little cold at night so a small heater would be an appreciated touch ( so pack some warm things!).
