Histórica Casa de la Oje

Un appartement au coeur du joli village d'Azuro avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les cultures en terrasse, Tenerife et le Teide, un coin terrasse fermé pour en profiter, bon équipement, grandes pièces, facile de se garer à proximité, commerces et restaurants poches, sentiers de randonnée

La casa está en un lugar privilegiado. El pueblo es precioso y tiene una terraza con unas vistas al Teide impresionantes. Tiene cocina completa (faltaría un microondas) y baño cómodo y con secador. El agua caliente funciona muy bien. Las habitaciones son cómodas y la casa muy espaciosa, ideal para pasar unos días en La Gomera.

Eché de menos una relación un poco más cercana no el anfitrión. Al principio nos costó un poco encontrar la casa, y es difícil aparcar cerca.

La situacion y la casa en si...muy bonita y completa

Pues para pasar un dia...me parecio muy tarde para entrar y muy pronto para dejarla...nos dijeron entrar a partir de las 15:00 pero al final pudimos entrar antes y tener que irnos antes de las 10 del dia siguiente...en otros sitios puedes irte a las 11 o las 12..y tambien poder entrar antes..

Solo traveller with no car - I think this place would be more appreciated by a couple/family with a car. People who are more interested in hiking than staying in one spot. Positives: nice clean appartement, nice terrace with view of the sea and Teide, beautiful village

Negatives: communication could be better and more welcoming. I was sent photos of the street but it wasn't clear where the house was. There is no house number outside the door. I asked a local restaurant and they didn't know. I whatsapped the person who had sent me the photos but they didn't answer for a while. I found it myself in the mean time. Not ideal when carrying heavy bags around.  Two men knocked on the door my first evening and I thought it might be to welcome me and check I was settling in. But they just wanted to look at the washing machine!  Agulo itself is pretty but it was incredibly quiet. I walked round it quite quickly and saw almost no people. I regretted booking 2 nights there. I suspect it's a great place to go in the summer as it is a little rainy and cooler than the rest of the island. This felt like low season.  There aren't many buses so I walked to Hermigua on the road which felt pretty dangerous but a local person told me lots of people do it.  I did try to get a taxi but there were none available.  Hermigua was also quiet but felt a little more welcoming. Not much!  I tried to buy 2 yoghurts in the little supermarket and they would only sell me 4! Sunday evening no restaurants were open at all. I got up at 5am and got the first bus to San Sebastian.
