Resun Hotel

Responsive and friendly staff (you are getting used to that when traveling in Türkiye, but anyway). Spacious room, enough space on the desk to work on the laptop. Good air ventilation/cooling. Excellent breakfast!

A little bit strange "background" smell in the building... it is associated with old furniture, carpets or soft covers that survived times when smoking was allowed in the building. Just my guess, nothing serious, but preferred frasher aromas in the lobby, corridors, or rooms (which is easily doable).

Location is very strategic, easy to find meals and shopping

The front desk staff provide me with the wrong invoice. He only gave the invoice of my late check payment/invoice. The invoice should be from my first day of check in. Should trained your front desk staff, when guest asked for invoice make sure to give the full invoice throughout the whole stayed at your Hotel. This is the first time it happen to me. I have stayed the Resun Hotel Ankara so many times and this is the first time the front desk staff don't know what to give when I asked for the full payment invoice. I stayed from 13 till 16 July 2026 and late check-out on 16 July 2026, My room number is 203 Please send me the full payment invoice to this email - [email protected]
