    Every time I came to Ankara, I stayed at an American-branded hotel. This was the first time I tried this one, and you really see the quality of Koç Holding everywhere. When I told the director, Mr. Eren, that I would be leaving without having breakfast, he immediately made a gesture and upgraded my room. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and all the services are of very high quality. I needed to eat a banana because I was feeling unwell at night, and they went and got me one. There are no other words to say; you are magnificent.

    For someone like me, with a busy work life, who needs to relax before meetings, this is a fantastic location. Quiet and peaceful. However, the fact that guests in the same corridor kept banging their doors shut made resting quite difficult. I think the hotel needs to slow down the braking system of the self-closing doors and make them close more quietly. Also, it was very cold, and there was no designated area for smoking guests. I had to stand and smoke while freezing, whereas I would have enjoyed it much more if I could have sat down, had my coffee, and smoked while working on my computer. By the way, smoking is harmful to health, but I would have expected you to come up with a solution for winter days as well. I would also recommend preventing the spread of food odors even in the 5th-floor corridor in the evenings.

    The beds are the most comfortable in Ankara. The Japanese and Lobby Restaurants are both excellent.

    Hotel has great facilities, breakfast room, dinning room, brasserie, pub, SPA, gym, turhish bath. Location is great, very close to worth to visit attraction points, rooms are very clean and high quality.
