旬のものを中心に健康的な美味しいお食事と、スパイスのようにセンスの良さが効いた宿泊体験でした。
お散歩同行と朝ヨガ体験も珍しく、空気も澄んで、心身のデトックスができた気がします。
真夏でしたがエアコンなしでも過ごしやすかったです。
親の里帰りについて行った幼少時の夏休みの思い出を、大人になって体験しているかのようでした。
日頃はエアコンに頼っているためか、寝入りだけは少し暑くて、なかなか眠れなかった家族もいました。こちらの体がヤワなせいでしょう。
明け方は肌寒いくらいでした。

The host is super chill. Played the flute for us, and cooked us a cool old-school dinner at the indoor hearth with local fish and produce. The house is back in the rural countryside, surrounded by farms and mountainsides.
Only downside is multiple groups of guests can visit, and since the rooms are only separated by a shoji screen. On our visit, some guys from Hong Kong showed up in the evening, then went out for 'dinner' and didn't roll back home until 2AM. Then they snored drunkenly all night long -- we were sleeping a meter away from them and the snoring was crazy. Aside from that, it's a chill property in the countryside and a fairly unique experience.

自然の中で静かに自分のペースで滞在できます。新鮮な野菜、地元の食材で調理された食事ができます。オーナーさんとの距離が近く、手厚くもてなしてもらえます。付近に温泉も多くくつろげます。特にオーナーさんに紹介頂いた左俣の湯温泉は泉質だけでなく設備も余裕があり、時間があるかぎりずっと滞在したい場所でした。

Ce fut un séjour authentique à la campagne, dans une maison traditionnelle japonaise.
C'est un endroit paisible, au milieu des rizières.
La maison est pleine de charme
Notre hôte était très bienveillant, il nous a conseillé plusieurs endroits à visiter !
