Clean and spacious apartment. Has a functional kitchen and fridge. Suitable for family of 2 adults and 2-3 children. Has free parking for a medium sized vehicle.
No lift available and our unit was four flight of stairs up, troublesome if you have a lot of luggages. Parking was a bit tight, but we were lucky there was not a lot of vehicles on the road so we could shift the vehicle.

The place was spacious and clean well appointed and had a lovely rooftop courtyard with seating and table to soak up the sun and enjoy the views. The tram stops right outside and a convenience store is only 200m away. The owner was extremely helpful and attended to matters immediately (somewhat embarrassingly we locked ourselves out of the apartment and he came over quickly to get us back in).
The only minor issue was the occasional tram noise from the road. The other traffic was fine.

対面じゃないのが良かった。部屋も清潔で洗濯機と洗剤も完備されてた。あとストリーミングサービスも見れて子供が喜んだから良かった。
雨が降っててテラスでは満喫できなかった。屋根があればいいのにと思った。階段も4階だからきついと言ってた。
