· 位置 - 安静的社区，能体会当本土生活方式；
· 交流 - 房东非常热情，我们虽然语言不通，但有很多交流，我很喜欢；
· 美食 - 房东带我们体验了茶道，做的早饭和茶点也非常美味；
· 交通 - 房东有接送我们去最近的车站，令我们的出行非常方便。
有一张床垫有点太软了，没有睡好；
房间的隔音不是很好，晚上能听到街上行人的声音。

はしめて利用させていただきましたが、広い部屋でゆったりできました。ペット（ワンコ）も落ち着いて過ごせました。
一番は、オーナーさんのお心遣いに感激しました。

オーナーが親切で気遣いも的確、対応が素晴らしかった
到着時に夜食や飲み物を準備していてくれたり、丁寧に説明してくれたりと、安心して滞在出来ると感じた
近くにスーパーや美味しいベーカリーや公園があり、ロケーションが良かった
部屋が広く、ゆっくり寛げた
必要な設備が揃っていた
床が滑りにくいので、ペットにも安心だった
好みによると思うが、ベッドマットが柔らか過ぎた
カーテンが遮光ではないため、朝早くから眩しくなって、ゆっくり眠れなかった
掃除用のワイパーモップなどがあれば簡単な掃除も出来るので、もっと良かった
（オーナーから必要なものがあれば連絡ください、とメッセージは頂いていたが、逆に失礼かな？と思い連絡出来なかったので…）
