This is a beautiful, spacious apartment which has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The views are stunning and the location is great. The apartment comes with 1 secure undercover parking bay. The hosting company is also very quick to assist with any queries.

Not really a negative, but something to note for those who struggle with mobility: There is no lift leading from the garage to the ground level where one then uses the lift to the 4th floor. From there, one has to climb another flight of stairs to the apartment on the 5th floor.

The apartment, location, security and hosting service were excellent. Spacious, well-appointed, clean and a magnificent view. We would definitely return.

A small observation, beach towels would be a nice touch.

Perfekte Lage!

The view was worth it. Inside very beautiful and love the fact that there was washing machine and dryer.

Although they confirmed my checkin time 3times, they still ended up being late for the key handover. When i got inside i noticed the tv on and furniture arrange asif someone was sitting there watching tv. On arrival i noticed a lot of construction and painting in the block. Construction was very disrurbing. The lift only goed to the 4th floor, so you have to climb steps to reach the 5th floor - with all your heavy bags. Parking for the vehicle was very small and impractical. The whatsapp assist number was helpful but keep in mind that it is an AI robot. Felt very disturbed and could not do my work so ended up checking out 2days early.
