Beach Break Studio Cabin - short walk to beach and cafes

Beautifully clean and we'll appointed. Good towels, dishcloth, and very comfortable bed. Hand and body wash really lovely. Would definitely book again for a short stay.

We had such a wonderful stay in this charming cabin. It was a lovely, peaceful space that felt perfect for a getaway at Waihi Beach. What really stood out was the incredible hospitality. With a cyclone approaching, our host was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, even offering us a free night’s stay to ensure we were safe and comfortable. It’s rare to find that level of care. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with a truly lovely host!

Equidistant (5-6 min walk) to beach or town. The space is small but has everything you need for a beach getaway. Kitchen has adequate silver/glassware and microwave, with the option to use an electric frying pan for more complex cooking (which we didn’t do). Very quiet neighborhood. As someone else mentioned, this cabin is within the yard of another dwelling, but shrubs between the two provide some privacy. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant.

It was warm/humid while we were there. The fan wasn’t quite enough to keep us cool with windows open. The bathroom could use a few shelves for toiletry kits.
