About this cottage rental
Situated on a private road amongst scenic orchards just 15kms from Waihi Beach, Titoki Cottage offers well appointed accommodation near New Zealand’s avocado capital, Katikati.
Ideally suited to a couple, Titoki Cottage provides studio-style, self-catering accommodation with a large sunny deck, a well equipped kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Quality bedlinen and towels are provided and laundry facilities are available on request.
Located just 1.5 kms off SH2 the cottage is ideally placed for a relaxing break, exploring the local area or using as a base for day trips to attractions in the wider Western Bay of Plenty, Coromandel and beyond.
Please note that as the cottage is situated on a working orchard, it is not suitable for children or pets.
Guests are welcome to take a stroll around the property and enjoy the picturesque grounds and abundant birdlife. Access to the coast and inner Tauranga harbour is available within a short drive where there are a number of scenic walk-ways and reserves.

A perfect quiet and spacious studio unit. Friendly, accommodating hosts. Well equipped kitchen. The rural township of Katikati offers an interesting aray of shops, great eating out options and takeaways. This is a perfect, out in the country, escape for two. Charlie and Dianna.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The room is beautifully presented, peaceful, and impeccably clean. The host is genuinely friendly and welcoming, and we felt completely safe and relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommend — we would definitely return.

Lovely couple hosting this studio, which had a fully equipped kitchen which we used for cooked breakfast and snacks. The accommodation was very clean, modern and comfortable. We had dinner out each evening at
Waihi or Katikati. No shops nearby but we planned accordingly.
