Great location next to Old Winston Foodcourt. Lift was reliable. Ample parking. Staff available round the clock. Not bad for economy accommodation in Penang.
Facility lack handrails for steps. Shower / toilet tiles can be very slippery esp when wet. No floor towels. Soundproofing not great and lift bell distracting late night. TV doesn't work properly. Allocated roofview room although not full

The bed mattress could be improved for better comfort. There was also frequent noise from a nearby office alarm that kept ringing day and night, which affected my sleep—I couldn’t sleep well on the second night. The bathroom water pressure was acceptable. Overall, for a budget hotel in Penang, the price is reasonable.
