The location was close to where I needed to be.

There were homeless people hanging out in the parking lot when I arrived after dark. No shampoo, conditioner, etc in the bathrooms. Very few channels on the TV. I would not have taken a bath in the bathtub, it was pretty old and stained.

I enjoyed the friendlyness of the staff, from the General Manager all the way down the staff. The Housekeeping crew are helpful and friendly and the checkin was quick and effiecient. I thouroughly enjoyed my stay at this location so much i extended my stay for two weeks. I had a fun time with all of the different things to do in this part of the town.

I would suggest reading the policies and get familiar with the fees for the things that you may be charged for. If you do that you shouldnt be suprised when you get charged for something.

The only thing I liked about this extended stay on Dunlap was that the room was a nice size other than that the staff is so rude I was double charged and still have not found a resolution to this day that works the front desk in the morning time it worse customer service person I have ever met she was rude cursed at me yelled at me and would not listen to what I was trying to explain to her about the double charge she was right she was right and that was all that matter I would never stay there again

I didn't like everything about my stay The front third that checked us in was so rude and disrespectful and she's a liar and she does not have good listening skills she does not have good customer service skills she's actually downright route and ghetto as head I would never stay there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
