Reasonable hotel but for price lacking basic amenities.

Good location, lots of transport options, shops, restaurants, close by. Large room, comfy bed, good shower. Clean, but a little dated.

No amenities in room. Vending machine on ground floor but often out of order.

I arrived pretty late so we haven given instructions how to get the code and get to our room. Was pretty easy and they replied all my messages related to it since I was worried at first. The room was clean and had everything that was necessary.

I’m not going to return to this hotel.

Breakfast was ok. Security guy was very polite, when I needed assistance to change the room.

We changed 2 rooms because we had a big spider in first room and my friend is very afraid of spiders. Mold is present in the bathroom and you can smell it in the room (both rooms). Hotel is not close to centrum, 5-6 metro station.

B&B Hotels do it well, but they should choose better locations.

The location was very good as was the parking facility. The main thing that let's it down is Lyon. We didn't find the people particularly nice, or feel particularly safe walking around.

breakfest was OK

1. For the description "large double bed" I understand 160-200 cm wide bed and we have got the bed 135 cm! I was not comfortabe - just to narrow for 2 people! 2. We requested parking reservation for our stay and got only the answer "Votre demande a été prise en compte." On the day of arrival it turned out there is no parking place for us. Disapointing.

Excellent location with a clean, comfortable room next to a nice gricery store

Comfortable bed, great hot shower with plenty of pressure.

Could really use a coffee/tea offering in room. Should at least have had a hairdryer in room.

Towels...there is nothing to drink in the room..automat machine prices were too high.. breakfast was poor and instead of it's cost would prefer to buy something from market...

I was beside a staff room that was used regularly and the doors for the rooms slammed shut when closed resulting me a stock when the room across or above came or went, similarly for the staff room

its location is great very close to the metro station. Also it has its own car parking place (though it is not free)

WiFi connection. Its signal strength was weak and every time I connected I had to full the forms (name, email etc.) give agreement. Normally this should be done once when it is the first time.
