About this house rental
We listen to our guests and implement what they suggest. So what is new? quite a lot..... BUT NO PRICE INCREASE.
A NEW MARQUEE which seats 30+ giving greater flexibility and outside dining, party space,
with 3 BBQ'S ..
Large 65 inch SMART T.V. in lounge
New Carpeting(top to bottom stair well and halls)
The House now incorporates a two bedroom apartment, with double bedroom en suite, twin bedroom and separate shower room, sung, and a dining area off kitchen;
we can now sleep 30 guests.
There are 9 shower rooms (4 en suite) in total
Three kitchens with induction ceramic hobs
Three dish washers, 4 fridges ,2 freezers and a chest freezer, washing machine.
Three lounges , dining room, breakfast bars.
BUT still the famous ' Boogy' Room with Karaoke
SO....
.... you can continue to Holiday in style at this carefully renovated house, giving a mix of modern and traditional for your comfort and also in keeping with the Listed Grade A historic mansion house; which was designed and built by the world famous Thomas Telford. (204 years old this year!)
The house is superbly suited for family holidays or occasions be it wedding parties or to celebrate a special birthday. The house is full of character and luxuriously finished to ensure an enjoyable holiday whether for a short break or longer and is a superb base for a family holiday and ideal touring location.

Host was very accommodating and responded very quickly.Plenty kitchen equipment, crockery etc. House was exactly what we needed for an informal family get-together.Seating in kitchen when at maximum (26) could be a challenge for a party of only adults.Welcome pack was amazing.

The host met us and was lovely. We were shown around the full property and everything explained to us They also arrived at the end of the stay to make sure we had a wonderful time

The host's met us at property with a full informative tour of property.The size of this property is fantastic with every single thing you could ever need provided.Despite our stay being at the end of November the house was warm and cosy. The large kitchen dining room was an amazing space for everyone to get together.The host's offered an amazing welcome pack which honestly was outstanding and such a thoughtful thing to do. Our overall experience was fantastic, would highly recommend visiting Telford Manor we will be return clients. Huge thank you to the host's for sharing their amazing property with our family.

Great size for large parties. Garden technically enclosed by small wall but not secure for small children and pets. Wifi not good. Found various items of clothing and left over party accessories behind furniture so clearly not a thorough clean. Had to wash dishes and cutlery before use. Generous welcome pack with cakes, crisps and chocolates but maybe more practical things like milk would have been better. No key safe for keys and only 1 set left so a bit inconvenient for large parties who wish to go out separately. Overall helpful owners and a pleasant stay but improvements could be made.
