OPEN CONCEPT LIVING / DINING / KITCHEN AREA
It’s hard not to be amazed by the quality of this space, with its ceiling featuring exposed wooden beams, and floor to ceiling windows that give you panoramic views of Lake Michigan and the surrounding area. Enjoy spending time together in this wide open space overlooking the water. Get relaxing in the sitting area with a comfortable sofa offering up a place to kickback and unwind, perhaps to catch up with fellow guests you’ve not seen for a while. You’ll be surrounded by stunning views of the lake (watch out for those epic sunsets) and will also have a smart TV to watch if there’s time.

When it’s time to eat, the kitchen provides a fully equipped area in which you can get snacks or meals ready for your group. A large oven and stovetop ensure there’s space to cook all kinds of dishes, with all the cookware and cutlery you’re likely to need waiting for you.

THE 3 BEDROOMS

There are 3 bedrooms in the house, two of which have king beds, with the third featuring 2 x single beds and 2 x double beds. All have top quality mattresses and bedding to ensure a great night’s sleep for everyone. And you’ll find plenty of space to store your belongings, in closets and chests of drawers in each of the rooms.

THE 2 BATHROOMS
The stylish luxury continues in both of the bathrooms, each of which has a toilet, vanity, as well as bath tub with shower overhead, giving you options when it comes to how you get ready for days out (or evenings in!) You’ll find quality towels here for all guests and a selection of toiletries, plus plenty of space to store your favorite gels, lotions, shampoos etc.

OUTSIDE SPACE
An outdoor entertaining area means you can enjoy the great outdoors as well as the stunning interior when you stay here.

PARKING

Your hosts are delighted to make this 3-bedroom house with a private beach exclusively available to you for however long you wish to make your reservation. The house, its outdoor entertaining area and private beach will be yours and yours alone. The only area of the house which will not be accessible is the cellar/basement.

When you confirm your booking, you will be given the telephone, text and email details of a locally-based concierge who will be able to answer questions and provide assistance if needed.

For shops, bars, and entertainment, the nearest town is a must-visit, and is just a short drive from the beach house.

ACTIVITIES
Explore beautiful natural scenery on trails you can pick up close to the beach house. Choose to hike them or cycle them, it’s up to you. Skiing is an option during the winter months with Caberfae Peaks in Cadillac and Crystal Mountain Resort in Thompsonville both under a 40-minute drive away.

ARCADIA BLUFFS GOLF COURSE
Bring your clubs or hire a set and enjoy a round at this beautiful course nearby, or choose one of the many other courses in the area.

BEACHES
You have your own private beach of course, but there are other public beaches in the area - including First Street Beach - that are great for rock and sea glass hunting, or for just sitting, relaxing and watching the world go by.

You’ll need a car to get here, and there’s plenty of space outside the house where you can leave it. Once here, you’ll have the option to drive to all kinds of nearby attractions. Or you can stay closer to the beach house and enjoy the hiking and biking trails, or getting around on the water from your private beach by using the kayaks or paddleboards provided by your hosts.
