Nestled on two lots and 3 acres of hardwood forest, this home has been completely renovated over the past several years. In 2019 the main house got new floors and updated bathrooms. In 2018 a 2 car garage with living space above was added. This new living space features 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a full kitchen with eating area a TV / sitting area and a deck. The existing home has 3 bedrooms, a family room (with queen sleeper sofa), an updated kitchen with all furnishings, a 3 season porch for lounging, 1.5 baths and a large wrap around deck. The basement was completely redone in 2021 and has 4 additional beds, games and TV. The deck was redone with composite decking in 2024.

Directly South of this property is 1 mile+ of undeveloped private Lake Michigan frontage making this home uniquely private with lots of wildlife. This home will be selectively rented during the summer only. Rental is only available in weekly increments from Saturday to Saturday. The home will not be rented from November to June. We had a great week. The house suited us well. There were plenty of bedrooms and space for our family. The beach was spectacular! We had a wonderful time. We would stay again.

Set-up of quarters and kitchens allows for spending time together, or privately, inside and out. Beautiful beach with manageable stairs, including a landing with chairs. Would consider renting again. JM Plymouth

The owner was very responsive throughout the rental process. However, we were disappointed in the condition of the cottage in the following areas:
The water system is in need of additional treatment as the water has iron coloration and sulfide odor.
The steps to the beach need repair and regular maintenance for safety reasons.
The basement has excess humidity and subsequently, mold and mildew issues that are quite pervasive.
These issues detracted from the overall cottage experience but the place has very good potential if these issues are addressed.
