Located in the absolute heart of Downtown Kirkland! Only a few steps to Lake Washington Waterfront & Marina Park Beach with views of Seattle.
Downtown Kirkland is comprised of numerous restaurants, nightlife, boutique shopping, grocery stores, and parks - all within walking distance. With dozens of year-round happenings and events from the weekly farmers market in the summer, or one of several annual events such as Oktoberfest or Kirkland Uncorked Wine Walk. All literally, right out the front door of the Unit.
Kirkland remains the opposite of hurried and busy. The pace of Downtown Kirkland reminds you that it's alright to take a breath and enjoy the day. Needless to say, Kirkland is a distinct destination, and Downtown serves to bring its individuality to life.

We’re here for the ECNL playoffs and it’s a perfect place to stay coz of its proximity to the 60 Acres field. It has all the basic needs that you’d expect for a week of stay. It’s at the heart of Kirkland also and in the middle of many restaurants which is perfect after a tiring day from the games and sight seeing. You can fish and watch the sunset everyday by the lake. Parking was also not a problem.

Location, location, location! Perfect for me-I was visiting the area to be near my son and his family but wanted my own place. I had plenty to do even though I didn’t have my car when I was not with them: tons of restaurants, 2 walkable grocery stores, and a lovely lakefront park which I visited several times a day-mornings for exercise, evenings for gorgeous sunsets.
