About this house rental
The space includes a private patio with a firepit, a sauna, two bedrooms with queen size beds, a full kitchen, a heated floor bathroom, a TV, an electric fireplace, and a closet. The project also includes Japanese culture, which is an exciting addition. Guests will have the opportunity to experience Japanese spirit and culture during their stay.
(Please expect some noise as we live on the upper floor)
The entrance to your stay will be on the end of the garage (right side) where you will see a gate and enter into a pathway at the end of the pathway a blue door on your left will welcome you to your stay.
Please treat the space with care and respect, as it is our personal items that we are sharing with you.
We kindly ask you to remove your shoes before entering the space. We recommend bringing your own slippers for your comfort.
You will need to sign the liability sheet when you use the space that includes the sauna heater, firepit, washerdryer, range, etc. The liability sheet is a legal document that states that you are responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur while using them.
The house is next to a park (Mark Twain Park) as there is a playground, basketball courts, and a place for walking/running we have a back gate in the back yard to access towards the park.
