About this house rental
"La Couaillerie", classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation Atout France
Tastefully renovated 17th century house, with large garden offering the calm of the countryside but close to Cancale, Saint-Malo as well as Mont Saint Michel, and the beaches of course.
This very pretty family home is composed of a first floor with master suite and several bedrooms upstairs.
Ideal for staying with friends or family during a weekend or on holiday as well as to participate in the Route du Rhum
The accommodation
This pretty house of character includes on the first floor an entrance with cupboard, a large living room with a large period fireplace, a toilet, a billiard area, a large fully equipped kitchen with French windows and a dining room table to gather with your family.
Also a master suite with a French window, a double bed 160*200 and an en-suite bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin, toilet, towel radiator)
On the 1st floor you will find large spaces:
- A master suite with a double bed 160*200, with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink, heated towel rail)
- Two bedrooms with two single beds each, 100*200 beds that can be pushed together
- A bedroom with a double bed 160*200
- A bathroom with bathtub, double sink and heated towel rail
- a separate toilet
In the rooms, children will find something to play or read.
Baby equipment is available on request.
All the bedding is very comfortable and the bathrooms have just been redone as well as all the paintings on the floor and the staircase.
Bed linen and towels are available for rent, please send me a message if you wish to book
50 euros for linen for all beds
7 euros for a kit of two towels
The pleasure of modern comfort in an old house filled with charm!
Outside: south-facing courtyard and large garden with flowers and trees, garden furniture and parking for several vehicles.
Other remarks
The accommodations are managed by my serenity concierge.
Toilet paper and coffee are provided in welcome quantities.
The use of the fireplace is strictly forbidden for safety reasons.
On your arrival and departure, a meter reading will be taken and we will ask you before your departure to pay your electricity consumption up to 0.12cts /kwatt

We had a wonderful time staying in such a beautiful house and setting. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive. The local village had all the food shops we needed and there was lots to do nearby. Our ages spanned 14 year to 87 years and we all had a good time. Lovely place thank you!
