This is a 2 BR/2.5 BA, 2 floor condo in Shipyard Community on Hilton Head Island, located near Vandermeer Tennis Complex. This condo features an open floor concept, and a covered deck overlooking the pool. This is a short 3-4 minute bike ride to the beach and an easy 7-8 minute walk.
In addition, you will be in the Shipyard Community where you can receive a beach stamp on your car pass which allows you to park at the public beach in the community (Shipyard Beach Club).

The Space:
This lovely condo has a fully stocked kitchen that opens to the dining area and family room. But the best part is sitting on the deck overlooking the pool and enjoying the Lowcountry air. This condo is perfectly situated steps from the pool. We provide you with 4 beach towels for your stay.

The upstairs has 2 bedrooms. The master is a king bed with a newly remodeled shower. You will also love and enjoy the deck off of the master where you can sit and soak up the sun or enjoy the sunset at night.

The 2nd bedroom is 2 twin beds with a remodeled shower in the connected bathroom. This room is spacious and will sleep kids or adults.

There is also a grill for your use on the porch, and 2 rocking chairs along with a table for 4.

The Neighborhood:
Beachwalk villas are located in Shipyard Resort with community pool (200 ft from the condo) and very close to Van Der Meer world class tennis facilities. The pool is open April through October of each year. You can walk to the Sonesta Resort where they have several restaurants and a bar. Shipyard has wonderful beach access only a short walk away. (0.25 miles or a 5 minute walk or a quick bike ride). Shipyard has 27 holes of golf to enjoy and miles of bike paths under shaded live oaks and towering pine trees. Restaurants, beach, golf and tennis, Shipyard has all the amenities at your finger tips.

Just outside of Shipyard is the rest of beautiful Hilton Head Island. Over 60 Coligny shops and restaurants are a short ride away with casual dining and shopping for everyone. Sea Pines along with iconic Harbour Town is also just a short car ride away. Hilton Head offers over 30 golf courses in the area, over 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of wonderful bike paths and 17 miles of white sandy beaches. You can para sail, deep sea fish, jet ski, dine in casual and upscale restaurants, golf on championship golf courses and play on world class tennis courts.
Coligny beach, which is the public beach is a short drive out of the back gate of Shipyard. There is public beach parking available and lots of shopping and restaurants. You can also enjoy the Lowcountry Celebration Park for your kids to play and the Children's Museum next door.

Other Things to Note:
203 Tennismaster Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel your villa reservation more than 30 days before your planned arrival, a 5% forfeiture will apply. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to your arrival will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days or less of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental amount.

Refunds will not be provided for early checkouts, no-shows, or instances of inclement weather. It is advisable to consider purchasing travel insurance

*If you require a 2nd car, there will be an additional $40 (plus tax) charged to your account. If your stay is over 30 days, please inquire about the cost of the car pass.

We provide a couple of beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and sand toys. There are also tennis rackets for your use.

Dogs are welcome under 60 lbs. Please let us know you will be bringing your pet. There is a $200 non refundable deposit for the 1st dog and $150 for the 2nd dog. (plus fees and taxes)

Good location unit and property are clean - easy access to pool and paths to beach ( walk or ride bikes) Glad owners provided beach parking pass- not all units do this and they are required owners were responsive to a few requests/ issues

Our family had a wonderful stay at Tennismaster. The unit was nice and inviting. We had a great time on the back porch overlooking the pool.

Unit was comfortable and well appointed. Cupboards were well stocked with dishes and kitchen appliances. Coffee maker leaked water all over counter but was promptly replaced by unit property managers representative. A large variety of beach epuipment was provided for renters use. Unit however is in need of some TLC in the following areas: All HVAC vents need a thorough cleaning. No record of when furnace filter was last changed. No schedule posted for days of trash and recycle pickup. Several vertical blind slats on windows were broken or missing. Shower drain in master bathroom was partially clogged necessitating cleaning by renter. Several wall areas were patched but not painted. Floors felt dirty when walking upon in bare feet. Because we were going to be there for a 4 week period my wife mopped the floors thoroughly and vacuumed through. Several pot handles were loose and were subsequently tightened by myself. Several cabinet drawer fronts appeared to be loose, no action taken by renter. Fan in master bedroom does not operate correctly and made a loud humming noise when in use. Maintenance crew blew sand and leaves all over our car when blowing off sidewalks. Washing machine needs a thorough cleaning. Left black marks on clothes once or twice. All comments are intended to provide feedback so that subsequent renters may have an enjoyable experience.
