About this villa rental
A magnificent, air-conditioned 140 m² villa, tastefully renovated, located just a 100-meter walk from the beach, featuring a heated pool perfect for early spring or fall, and a lovely garden with a bocce court.
You’ll love its beautiful, comfortable 45 m² living area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a large island and a living room with a sofa and TV area, opened up by large sliding glass doors onto a 100 m² south-facing terrace adjoining the pool (5 m by 4 m) protected by an alarm system.
All on one level, its 3 bedrooms with TVs (2 140-cm beds, 1 160-cm bed), 2 bathrooms, and a separate toilet are adjacent to this main living area.
Upstairs, a large bedroom equipped with a small desk, TV, and DVD player—featuring two 90-cm beds and one 120-cm bed—along with its own bathroom and toilet, will be a great space for children and teens.
The house, located 300 meters from the nearest shops, has two indoor parking spaces (with an electric gate) and the option of a free outdoor parking spot—a welcome feature since parking is metered in the seaside resort from June 15 to September 15.

Fabienne was a fabulous host and the property is an idyllic oasis in Valras Plage. The attention to detail in both the interior design and facilities available was first class.I highly recommend this villa, which I feel is the best in the area with its proximity to both the beach and the resturants.

We had a fantastic stay at Fabienne's home. We travelled with our three children and my parents, and there was plenty of room for everyone.The house is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made our stay so comfortable and easy. The pool and garden area are just as tasteful as the house itself - a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine.The location was also ideal, with both the beach and town just a short distance away. We also hired a car to explore the stunning local coastline, there are so many beautiful spots to discover in this part of France.Fabienne was a wonderful host, warm and welcoming, and always quick to respond if we needed anything. This is a very special holiday home and we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We have just stayed at this beautiful house and could not fault it at all. We had children ranging from 6 to 19 and four adults and found the accommodation luxurious, spotlessly clean and spacious. The outside area is one of the nicest we’ve experienced and the layout of furniture and pool is perfect for family time together. The location of the villa was perfect for us - it’s the first time in 24 years of travelling to France that we flew instead of driving. The ability to access shops, restaurants and the beach with its beautiful atmosphere all on foot within ten minutes was exactly what we’d hoped for, even though the villa itself is still in a lovely peaceful location. Valras Plage is one of the nicest beaches we’ve visited, clean and well looked after yet amazingly not crowded like many other Mediterranean beaches - perfect! And just a bus ride away is Béziers - so much there to see and do. Our host Fabienne is such a kind and helpful lady. Our flight home was cancelled and she helped enormously in giving us extra time to sort out a new flight two days later - also offering any help she could give to arrange things - a truly lovely lady. We would not hesitate to return to this beautiful house in one of the most beautiful parts of France we have visited.
