Superb villa with swimming pool - Ideal for holidays with family or friends in Portiragnes (Hérault)
This magnificent villa with beautiful volumes is located in a peaceful residential area, only 7kms from the beautiful beaches of Portiragnes.
You will enjoy an ideal setting between sea and nature, with the Canal du Midi nearby for bike rides or walks.
The villa is also close to Béziers, Vias, Agde, Sète, Valras, Béziers-Cap d'Agde airport, train stations and many tourist attractions, such as the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, the Maire nature reserve or charming villages.
A modern and comfortable interior.
The house offers a kitchen open to a large living room, fully equipped: fridge-freezer, oven, extractor, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
The living room includes a large dining table that can accommodate 8 to 10 guests. It opens onto a living room bathed in light offering an unobstructed view of the swimming pool allowing very convivial aperitifs.
The living room is also very comfortable with 2 sofas and 3 armchairs as well as a flat screen Smart TV with access to streaming apps and a soundbar to listen to music.
On the night side, the villa has 4 bedrooms:
4 bedrooms with double bed (140x190), one of which has a cot.
Each room is air-conditioned and has large walk-in closets for maximum comfort.
A bathroom on the first floor with a walk-in shower and a whirlpool bath as well as a shower room upstairs. 2 separate toilets.
An ideal outdoor space to relax
- a private swimming pool for swimming from April to October and 6 deckchairs
- A summer kitchen with a dining area overlooking the pool with: a barbecue, a fridge, an oven, an induction hob.
- 2 terraces under a pergola with small garden furniture for pleasant breakfasts or coffee breaks outside.
The property is fenced on 1000m2 of a beautiful Mediterranean garden.
For more comfort, the villa is also equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a fiber Wifi connection.

We had a brilliant time. The property was everything and more than we expected. The pool was fabulous. The hosts and their contacts in Portiragnes were very friendly and welcoming.We hope to return next year.

We were 2 families staying at the property and we would highly recommend this villa.
The communication we received from the owner from beginning to end was always prompt and accurate.
On arrival we could see how clean and well looked after the property was. We have visited the area on numerous occasions and have found this property to be our favourite one so far.
The property had everything you needed to make your stay a good one.
The notes and guides left in the villa by the owners were very informative.
We will hopefully be returning to this property again one day soon.
