Welcome to Grand Duc, a beautiful, recently renovated stone family home nestled in Vendres, in the heart of Hérault. With over 150 m² of bright, spacious living space, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, a welcoming hall with sofa, armchair, and TV greets you. Here you'll also find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with both bathtub and shower, a separate WC, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with leather sofa, armchairs, and a large-screen TV. Wide glass doors offer unobstructed views of centuries-old trees and vineyards, with direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool.
Upstairs, there's an additional bedroom with private WC.
Outside, enjoy a peaceful 3,000 m² shaded courtyard, a 6 x 6 m pool heated in April, May, June, and September (unheated in July and August), secured by a gate, a covered area with ping-pong table, pétanque court, barbecue, outdoor shower and WC, and a terrace with tables, chairs, loungers, and parasols. Access is secured by an electric gate.
Families with children have a baby bed and high chair available. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
Just 15 minutes from the beaches of Valras and Vendres, 5 minutes from a supermarket, and 1 km from a service station with electric charging points. Covered garage for 2 cars and Wi-Fi included. One pet allowed.
