About this house rental
Gorgeous and spacious is this 4 Bedroom/3 Bath Home in a desirable north-end location, just steps to Historic Pine Avenue and all of its great shops, eats, and treats.
As large of a home as this is, it is not to be out done by its expansive back yard. Ultra private and densely landscaped with heated pool, hot tub, garden area, and tons of seating to include plenty of loungers, and multiple outdoor dining options.
After a long day at the beach rinse off in the full outdoor shower. The main living level offers an open concept floor plan with kitchen, living room, family room, one of the King bedrooms, and a full bath. The uppermost level contains the master bedroom with ensuite bath and two more bedrooms that share the hall bath.
Both levels have patios offering an amazing view of the pool area. The fully stocked kitchen is complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The home is uniquely decorated with an eclectic mix of art at every glance. You will not want to leave and will surely want to return! Mangrove Mojito sleeps up to 8.

Tropical Forest Putting Course - Reminiscent of a course cut through a forest, our putting holes weave through beautiful tropical island plantings.
Number 1, Mangrove, lies in the shade of towering Areca palms with a straightaway view of that Florida classic, coastal mangroves. With a right to left break and elevated hole, Mangrove offers the perfect starting challenge. Mulligans and breakfast balls permitted all day long!
Number 2, Manatee, takes you out to the canal where the fishing is easy, kayaks can be launched and manatee are often visible from the dock. Experience the double break as you pass by both Coconut and Adonidia palms before reaching the hole tucked behind a tall, majestic Queen palm. But don't be fooled by the view, it is tougher than it looks.
Number 3, Mojito, a long and scenic dogleg, is the perfect finisher. It offers a forgiving left to right uphill break and features a beautiful view of the tropical swimming hole style pool. You'll be ready for a cold libation and soak in the hot tub after completing this challenge.

Went on a firm retreat and this place checked all the boxes. It has a great layout where folks can gather but also an upstairs that you can get away if need be. Pool and hot tub were great. We couldnt figure out the hot tub but the manager was there pronto to assist.

The house was a perfect stay for our family of four and a set of grandparents. There are wonderful shared lounging and eating spaces indoors and outdoors, a variety of games (especially loved water volleyball, darts and foosball), and comfortable, large sleeping spaces. The location is walking distance to the main walking strip, the beaches and the pier.

Close to everything! Great accommodations with separate space throughout the house so you don’t feel on top of each other. Fun activities with the pool/hot tub, games and golf courses. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Property manager was very responsive and fixed the small issues we had very fast! Highly recommend!
