Beach Bay Serenity offers direct access to Tampa Bay and The Gulf of Mexico. Relax and entertain outdoors by the heated pool! Conveniently located on Pine Avenue you have many restaurants and boutiques right at your door step! Bring your boat and dock directly in your backyard or enjoy fishing off the dock. Leave the car at home with the free Anna Maria Trolley passing right by your front door, travelling throughout the island very convenient!
**Please note that boat lift is not available for guest use.
*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We were a group of ladies that stayed for a girls trip to AMI and the home was perfect. It was in a fantastic location with a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and a cup of coffee in the morning at North Shore. It was clean and packed with everything we needed for a relaxing and fun weekend on the island. I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Great house. Needs updating though. Master bath toilet and sinks have issues. The toilet runs a lot, even after having the flapper changed. The master bath faucets dispense water slowly. Could need new faucets. Other than those 2 issues. It’s a great house.

We had an amazing stay. The house was clean, as advertised and had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen. We did cook several meals so this was great. The pool was a great temperature and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back!

It is not very often that you rent a place and the pictures do not do it justice… But this was just the case! The house was immaculate, the property very well-maintained. Location is perfect. Able to walk to local market and shops. Would highly recommend. Had a fabulous week! Two minute drive to the beach. Or just a five minute walk to the pier. Loved fishing off of the dock. Even saw a manatee!.
