Unit was fine and suited our purposes for our family overnight in Cashel. Well-located with easy walking access to The Rock and all the downtown amenities.Check-in was rough. The google address provided/maps put me one street over - please provide the street address for stupid Americans who are used to such.After a long day driving and with laundry to do, the last thing needed was to be met with wet extra linens in the clothes washer. I chalk this-up as a one-off problem caused by the cleaners. Similarly, the freezer was entirely frozen-over and not usable. Justin handled this with grace and an apology.Would recommend, but owner/manager really needs to monitor much more closely. I believe our experience very likely an aberration, but really not acceptable.

The house has a very nicely supplied kitchen and the beds we’re comfortable. There are two double beds and one twin, not three doubles. There are three bathrooms, but only one has a stand up shower. One has no shower and one has a handheld shower wand. We had no hot water for our 1-night say, which was really unfortunate, given it was quite warm and we’d all walked a bunch and needed to clean up.
