Located near the heart of the 8th arrondissement, this studio is close to top attractions like Élysée Palace, Palais Garnier, and Place de la Concorde.
Minimally furnished and decorated, the cosy living room features a double bed, a couple of sitting chairs and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing and watching your favourite TV shows. The bed will be fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably.
The fully equipped modern kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries needed to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove and a refrigerator. There is a small dining area where you can eat your meals.
The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need, such as a shower, a toilet and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The studio is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Note that the studio is near a restaurant, which might cause some noise sometimes.

I loved the location, that the room looked like the pictures with the exception of the courtyard which was under construction so windows couldn’t be opened. I didn’t like that I misunderstood the check in key pick up hours (thought 8am -6pm but it was 8am-6am) and that check in required me to have internet to get a code (the pick up location did not have Wi-Fi so I had to walk around until I found free Wi-Fi) and that I didn’t know how to use a European washer.
