Appartement Paris Champs-Elysées

Un appartement bien situé, confortable, élégamment décoré et soigné dans les moindres détails. Je recommande !

Ligging was prima, nabij metro en bus. Mooi ruim appartement. Bagage kon met lift naar tweede etage. Aardige eigenaar die snel reageerde op berichten.

Geluid (lopen en kraken vloer) van bovengelegen appartement midden in de nacht.

Location! Very convenient yet surprisingly quiet :)

Old keys to the entrance and front door.. We had a hard time opening the doors each time.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It was also well equipped, with everything needed for cooking, including pots and pans in good condition.

Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected our stay. - **Noise from the upstairs neighbour:** The noise mentioned in several other Booking.com reviews was absolutely real. Throughout our stay, the upstairs neighbour would start walking back and forth with very heavy footsteps late at night and very early in the morning, often for over an hour at a time. The footsteps were so regular and rhythmic that it almost felt deliberate. It was unbelievable and made it very difficult to sleep! - **Noise from the heat pump:** There was also a very loud heat pump that was particularly disturbing at night and made it difficult to rest peacefully. - **Extremely uncomfortable sofa bed:** The sofa bed was unbelievably uncomfortable and incredibly noisy, creaking with even the slightest movement. By the second day, we had to put the mattress directly on the floor in the hope of getting some sleep. Overall, the apartment was immaculate, tastefully furnished, and well equipped, but the constant noise and the terrible sofa bed made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, these issues significantly affected our experience.
