Elysees-Large, beautifully appointed air condit. studio-apartment sleeps 2 to 4

Beautiful place! Smallish kitchen but ok. Wonderful host with great communication. Super comfortable bed. Will return.

This is a gem of an apartment: large enough and yet cozy. It feels like you’re staying at your best friend’s apartment in the city. Stocked with every utensil you could need, it has heaters, fans, AC, extra towels, a nice leather couch, and comfortable clean bed. The neighborhood is super safe. The outer courtyard gate is locked and the apartment door is dead-bolted. Plus I think the municipal police station is right across the street (they were quiet-no sirens or heavy foot traffic). There is no noise at night. Easy access to small and large grocery stores. Plenty of places to have a great meal. One of our favorite times was sitting outside in a cafe a block away, in the sun, at 6:30, watching the raft of impeccably dressed Parisians ride their bikes home after getting off work. Marie is easily reachable, friendly, and punctual. I would highly recommend.

We had a lovely time in this charming pied a terre! The location was perfect for walking, shopping and commuting. It was nice coming home to a quiet place after a long day. Marie-France was very kind and helpful with questions. We would highly recommend this little gem!

This studio apartment is spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom also good size with standing corner shower. Nice living room area with sofa, table and chairs. Small washer works well and was much appreciated. You then hang clothes to dry on a provided clothes rack. We only used the kitchen minimally but it would have been fine for more food prep. Apartment was nicely appointed. We would recommend!
