A luxuriously renovated traditional 4 bedroom villa with the most amazing vistas of ancient Castle, beach and the open sea
towards the Carnoustie Links. Close to St Andrews Old Course, glorious beaches, working harbour, bustling shops, bars and restaurants. Quiet location but mins to the buzz of the Old Town. EBV can sleep 8 comfortably. Great outdoor space to the rear courtyard and large first floor balcony with side sea views.

This house was amazing and perfect for our family to get together for Christmas and all be under one roof. The accommodations were lovely and the kitchen was perfect for all of us to cook and just be together. Thanks to Elliot for being accessible and helping us with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay again!

Who we stayed at East Bayview this past week to bring Thanksgiving to my daughter, who is in her first year at University of St Andrews. We hosted dinner for her and her friends and the space was absolutely delightful. The kitchen is large, state-of/the-art and easy to use, and the entire house is immaculate. Everything was provided for us, and there were some incredible touches! The hosts are clear, accommodating and wonderfully communicative. The location of the property could not be better and it was all quite magical. It was a stellar vacation and a spectacular memory! We will be back!
